You’ll be charged immediately upon sign up if you opt in via a starter kit or this month’s box. If you wish to wait for your first subscription box, you’ll pay nothing at sign up and get charged on the 15th of the month.
You’ll get a reminder email two days before you’re charged. You can cancel your subscription before the next box. These boxes are hand-packed just for you and include custom-made products. We allow skipping for emergencies and vacations only. Please email our customer service (helpdesk@catholicallyear.com) to pause your subscription.
Boxes ship free. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number when your box ships.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the box leaves our hands.
We currently are unable to ship to some countries due to several factors. We hope to eventually! International customers are responsible for any customs fees charged by their country.
No returns are accepted, but please contact us if we can help make something right.
