For September, it’s the Servite Rosary of the Seven Sorrows of Our Lady!

This devotion to Our Sorrowful Mother originated in the thirteenth century with the Order of Friar Servants of Mary. It allows us to meditate upon the Sorrows the Virgin Mary endured in compassion for the suffering and death of her Divine Son. It is prayed on a special rosary consisting of seven groups of seven beads each with an additional three beads on the drop (fifty-two in total), seven medals (or larger beads) each representing one of the Sorrows and a Mater Dolorosa medal. Included here are meditations from the 1910 Raccolta book of indulged prayers and devotions, with an illustrated Servite rosary that you can follow along with your finger.

You get a 4 page pdf file, that can be printed as individual pages, but I recommend opening the pdf in Adobe (there is a free version available for download here) and printing it as a booklet on 1 piece of paper. For best results print on high quality paper (like 24 weight). Lighter weight paper will work, but there will be more show through from the back.
