Each month I recommend a different prayer, based on the traditional monthly devotion for the month, to add to the end of your family’s Grace Before Meals.

Grace Before Meals

Bless us, O Lord, and these Thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Grace After Meals

We give Thee thanks, Almighty God, for all thy benefits,
Who livest and reignest, world without end.
Amen.
Vouchsafe, O Lord, to reward with eternal life,
all those who do us good for Thy name’s sake.
Amen.
V. Let us bless the Lord.
