Colorized Vintage CA Missions Postcard & Pencil Set

Reproduction early nineteenth century postcards featuring each of the twenty-one California Missions. These postcards feature views associated with the missions established between 1769 and 1823 by Spanish Franciscan missionaries along the California coast from San Diego to San Francisco. Also included is a reproduction eighteenth century-style pencil engraved with “Siempre adelante, nunca atras, Always forward, never back.” This is the motto of St. Junipero Serra, founder of the first nine missions. The pencil can be sharpened with a utility knife (not included).

Professionally printed on 14-pt paper weight uncoated white cardstock, and packaged in a string and button kraft paper envelope.

Available in a set of the first nine missions, a set of the second twelve missions, or as a complete set of all twenty-one cards. Each set comes with one pencil, and one string and button envelope.
