This printable thirteen month wall calendar (December 2020 – December 2021) has been thoughtfully designed with liturgical living in the home in mind. Included on the calendar is every feast day on the Universal Roman Calendar, all the saints on the U.S. proper calendar, every saint included in The Catholic All Year Compendium, and dozens of other saints from the propers of other countries, and from the historic Roman Martyrology. They are placed on this calendar according to their feast days on the current U.S. liturgical calendar. In most cases, a city and/or country is included along with the saint, to help with meal planning ideas.
Liturgical seasons, holy days of obligation, solemnities, and required and recommended days of fasting, penance, and abstinence are noted. Plenary indulgences, prayers, and activities associated with particular feast days are indicated, as well as start dates for novenas, and reminders of feast days for which celebration ideas can be found in The Compendium.
The calendar pages themselves have been completely redesigned from scratch for 2021, in full color with fun symbols to help keep you on track.
They are available as high-quality printed wall calendars and as PDF downloads.
Physical calendars for U.S. orders are printed and shipped from Morrisville, North Carolina. Calendars are also printed and shipped from multiple international locations for international orders, and ship to anywhere in the world. They are printed on demand, so please allow one to two weeks for arrival. Calendars are 8.5 x 11 landscape format, with a lay-flat wire-o binding. Each of the 28 pages is 100# coated cardstock (no flimsy pages!) printed in premium color inks using environmentally-friendly methods.
Downloads come as one 28-page PDF document that can be printed at home on 8.5 x 11 paper or accessed on your computer or mobile device. A link to your download will be emailed to you immediately. For two-sided printing, I recommend using cardstock or heavy-weight printer paper (28lb – 32lb). The file is intended to be printed at full-size, with “flip on long end” selected.
Four versions of the 2021 liturgical calendar are available. The calendar pages contain all the same information, all that differs is the art. This Prayers version is illustrated in an art deco-style with short prayers associated with a season or feast day that month.
